I️ was so tempted to lie down and rest my stuffy head while the hubs took the mini to the park and the bebe napped. But! My body needed to move so a short flow, core and backbending it was! My vinyasa flow helped break up some of my congestion, the core work brought me strength and backbends gave me some needed energy!
