Tag temenmu yang suka mie instan. . Tahukah Anda, makan mie dengan nasi tidak baik bagi tubuh kita. Karena, mie merupakan makanan dengan banyak mengandung karbohidrat dan nasi juga mengandung karbohidrat. Sedangkan tubuh kita juga perlu asupan protein, lemak baik, mineral dll. Jadi jangan asal makanan itu enak saja, tapi juga harus memperhatikan kecukupan gizi yg lainnya juga. . Mengkonsumsi nasi putih dengan mie instan menghasilkan kurang lebih sekitar 75000 kalori perporsi. Hal ini tidak baik bagi tubuh kita, apalagi yang sedang melaksanakan program diet. Secara normalnya, makanan yang masuk ke dalam tubuh kita di cerna akan menjadi gula dan akan menyebabkan pankreas kita menghasilkan hormon insulin. Jika kita makannya banyak dan kalorinya tinggi maka hormon insulinnya juga akan melonjak tinggi dan hal ini tidak baik, karena akan mengakibatkan pankreas kita overload atau mengalami "kelelahan" dan berakibat kerrusakan pankreas kemudian timbullah penyakit diabetes atau penyakit kencing manis. . Jadi bisa disimpulkan "bahaya makan mie dengan nasi mengakibatkan penyakit kencing manis". Walaupun Anda diet lemak dan protein tetapi Anda malas untuk olahraga dan beraktifitas, maka karbohidrat ini akan dipecah lagi menjadi lemak. Penumpukan lemak ini tidak hanya dihati, jika lemak yang jahat akan diproses (metabolisme) di sistem pencernaan dan akan dikirim ke hati. Nah jika lemak yang baik yang diproses kemudian di kirim kembali ke hati mungkin tidak masalah, nah bagaimana kalau lemak jahat yang diproses dan kemudian dikirim kembali ke hati? tentunya menjadi sesuatu yang tidak sehat bagi hati kita. . Selain itu, bahaya makan nasi dengan mie instan adalah akan mengakibatkan obesitas. Jika ukuran lingkar perut lebih dari setengah tinggi badan akan memicu berbagai macam penyakit, salah satunya adalah penyakit diabetes melitus atau kencing manis. . Nah, walaupun kebiasaan makan mie instan dengan nasi ini kelihatannya sederhana, sebaiknya mulai diubah kebiasaan ini karena tidak baik bagi tubuh kita. Kurmasana - Tortoise pose 🐢🐢🐢 There are 2 videos in this pose. One is Upavistha Konasana - Wide leg forward bend. Which is the pose to help you prepare the body for the tortoise pose. When rolling front and back, keep the movements synchronise with the breath (inhale up, exhale down) and move the shoulders when doing this too. With every exhale try to go more and more forward. Keep spine lengthen. Do both directions. Feet flexed. Once finished rolling: 🌻 inhale, arms reaching up. Exhale, fold forward from the hips. Keep spine lengthen. Rest hands down on the ground. Stay here for 5-10 deep breath. With every exhale walking the hand a little bit further forward. 🌻 Pause at the place where you feel the right amount of stretching (which is the uncomfortably feeling not pain) of your glutes, hamstrings and lower back. Take some times to breathe into it and relaxed. 🐢Kurmasana 🐢 Now, time to get into tortoise pose. 🌻 Bend each knee slightly. Slide right arm under right thigh, left arm under left thigh. Elbows straight and palms facing down. Upper arms area should be around under the things. 🌻 Time to straight the legs. Instead of trying to straight the knees try to pressing (or sliding) the heels out instead. At the same time resting chin down. You do this on the exhale. 🐢To come out: 🐢 🌻 Bend knees slightly to bring arms out. Inhale lift up the torso, lean back a little bit then bend the knees put sole of feet together for butterfly pose. Then hug knees to the chest, rounding the spine, forehead resting on the knees. 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢 Remember, do not force your body. If today this pose seems impossible for you. One day it will come naturally. It may takes time. Recently I have been thinking about #change and how people don't like it. Beginning with changes in personal lives through changes in our surroundings to changing cultures. I observe myself and others struggling with accepting differences in the flow of life. Change is the only constant yet we refuse to live by it. I truly believe #yoga is a tool rather than a collection of #asanas/poses. I observe daily how my body changes. And it isn't always progress! Oh no! Flexibility is something i have to work on hard. Thus such poses as #kurmasana #turtlepose🐢 aren't given to me on my daily basis. I see change on my mat every day. Yoga isn't the answer for #everybody. But for me yoga is a great teacher. I'm constantly #learning to get the teachings from the #mat #offthemat: into the world. And so I teach in my vinyasa yoga classes. We might be looking like we "exercise" but in fact we are improving our lives. Accepting constant change is one of those improvements ❤ #yogaeverydamnday #practicealliscoming
