С наступлением новолуния🌙 (а оно завтра, если что в 14:40) практика йоги должна становиться более мягкой. И очень хорошо делать позы супта, т.е. позы лежа. Горизонтальное положение хорошо снимает напряжение😀🛌. Например, #СуптаПадангуштхасана просто отличная поза, чтобы включить ее в свою практику (супта — «лежа»🛌, пада — «стопа»👣, ангуштха — «большой палец»). Супта Падангуштхасана I позволяет вытягивать мышцы задней поверхности бедра без риска повредить поясницу, за счет того, что вы лежите на полу и у спины пол является стабильной опорой. Чтобы постепенно и без травм растянуть заднюю поверхность бедра, голени, подколенных сухожилий используйте ремень. Длину ремешка, поддерживающего ногу, можно регулировать в зависимости от того, как высоко вы можете ее поднять (см. фото). Супта Падангуштхасана I относится к позам йоги, помогающим при болях в спине. Она снимает скованность в тазовых сочленениях, предупреждая появление грыжи, усиливает циркуляцию крови в области таза и в ногах, успокаивает нервные окончания.

Men often suffer a little more with tight hamstrings...this can often lead to low back pain, and certainly interferes with agility. By using a non-stretchy band and holding the position to stretch and not strain one can improve flexibility. A good length of time to start with is 30 seconds on each leg, increasing to one minute each leg every day. You'll notice in the picture that the student has the down leg bent. This is especially helpful in reducing resistance on the up leg. It's important to keep the hips on the mat and not lifting up.
